महोद्भटैर् वीर-जनैः स-कञ्चुकैर्
धनुर्-धरैश् चर्म-कृपाण-पाणिभिः
रथ-द्विपाश्व-ध्वजिनी-बलादिभिः
सु-रक्षितं मण्डल-मण्डलीभिः
mahodbhaṭair vīra-janaiḥ sa-kañcukair
dhanur-dharaiś carma-kṛpāṇa-pāṇibhiḥ
ratha-dvipāśva-dhvajinī-balādibhiḥ
su-rakṣitaṃ maṇḍala-maṇḍalībhiḥ
mahodbhaṭaiḥ—great soldiers; vīra-janaiḥ—heroic; sa-ka 24cukaiḥ—wearing armor; dhanur-dharaiḥ—holding bows; carma—shields; kṛpāṇa—and swords; pāṇibhiḥ—in hand; ratha—chariots; dvipa—elephants; aśva—horses; dhvajinī—of an army; bala—the might; ādibhiḥ—beginning with; su—well; rakṣitam—protected; maṇḍala-maṇḍalībhiḥ—with groups.
