This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 98.13

तस्यैवं अनुभावा प्रचलिता वसुंधरा ससागरमेरु ।
गुह्यक सदानवपुरा सभुजगभवना च संक्षुभिता ॥ १३ ॥

tasyaivaṃ anubhāvā pracalitā vasuṃdharā sasāgarameru |
guhyaka sadānavapurā sabhujagabhavanā ca saṃkṣubhitā || 13 ||

“Because of his virtue, the earth, with the sea and Mount Meru, quakes, and the strongholds of the Guhyakas and Danavas and the lairs of serpents tremble. (13)
