This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 67.132

इमां बन्धित्वान भागभागं करित्वान क्षत्रिया ।
संग्रामं च ददित्वान ततः क्षेमं भविष्यति ॥ १३२ ॥

imāṃ bandhitvāna bhāgabhāgaṃ karitvāna kṣatriyā |
saṃgrāmaṃ ca daditvāna tataḥ kṣemaṃ bhaviṣyati || 132 ||

“When he has given battle to these kings, bound them and cut them to pieces, then there will be peace.” (132)
