The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.140.14

तारागणैश्च पातालगतैर्मणिमयोदरम् ।
आवर्तेषु परावृत्तैः स्फारमद्रिजरत्तृणैः ॥ १४ ॥

tārāgaṇaiśca pātālagatairmaṇimayodaram |
āvarteṣu parāvṛttaiḥ sphāramadrijarattṛṇaiḥ || 14 ||

The reflections of the stars in water, seemed as the shining gems in the bosom of the ocean; and the stars that shone above in the firmament, appeared as the nightly flaming bushes on the tops of mountains.
