The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 7.131.10

इहैव सर्वदिक्कं द्योस्तामावेष्ट्य व्यवस्थिता ।
सर्वदिक्कं खमत्यूर्ध्वं तस्याधस्तान्महीतलम् ॥ १० ॥

ihaiva sarvadikkaṃ dyostāmāveṣṭya vyavasthitā |
sarvadikkaṃ khamatyūrdhvaṃ tasyādhastānmahītalam || 10 ||

The sky girds and surrounds it on all sides, though the firmament appears to be above our heads, and the earth below our feet.
