The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

आत्मनैवोह्यमानानां चक्रावर्तविधायिनाम् ।
जडाशयानां विषमा हा कल्लोलपरम्परा ॥ १३ ॥

ātmanaivohyamānānāṃ cakrāvartavidhāyinām |
jaḍāśayānāṃ viṣamā hā kallolaparamparā || 13 ||

The limpid lake is little discernible in winter, when the keen blasts have covered it with hoar frost, and converted its blueness to white.
