The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

यथा तथैव तत्याज तस्य साहायकाय सः ।
पर्जन्यास्त्रं महास्त्रैशं द्विषदातपशान्तये ॥ २२ ॥

yathā tathaiva tatyāja tasya sāhāyakāya saḥ |
parjanyāstraṃ mahāstraiśaṃ dviṣadātapaśāntaye || 22 ||

He hurled his airy bolt, together with its accompaniment of the cloudy arms; both to drive off as well as to set down the fire of the enemy.
