The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सरत्सरिच्छिरासारा मूलभूमण्डलान्विताः ।
अङ्गैरूढाः स्फुरद्भूता लोमालय इवाद्रयः ॥ ४२ ॥

saratsaricchirāsārā mūlabhūmaṇḍalānvitāḥ |
aṅgairūḍhāḥ sphuradbhūtā lomālaya ivādrayaḥ || 42 ||

I moved with the course of streams, and with the rippling waters of lakes and rills; and I bore the orb of the earth on my back, and carried about me all her mountains, as hairs upon my body.
