The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.54.31

अकर्तृत्वादभोक्तृत्वमभोक्तृत्वात्समैकता ।
समैकत्वादनन्तत्वं ततो ब्रह्मत्वमाततम् ॥ ३१ ॥

akartṛtvādabhoktṛtvamabhoktṛtvātsamaikatā |
samaikatvādanantatvaṃ tato brahmatvamātatam || 31 ||

He who does nothing, is indifferent about its result (whether of good or evil), this indifference amounts to his equanimity, which leads to his endless felicity, which is next to the state of God-head.
