The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.18.30

माययापहृतां भर्तुरङ्गाद्रङ्गमुपागताम् ।
तामालोलकचां देव्यः शेपुरोदनतां गताम् ॥ ३० ॥

māyayāpahṛtāṃ bharturaṅgādraṅgamupāgatām |
tāmālolakacāṃ devyaḥ śepurodanatāṃ gatām || 30 ||

They succeeded also by their power of enchantment, to detach Uma from the body of Hara, and set her before them, with an imprecation of converting her fair form to their meat food.
