The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

शाखाप्रतानगहना फलपल्लवशालिनी ।
तेनेयं भवति स्फीता शरदीव वसुन्धरा ॥ ९ ॥

śākhāpratānagahanā phalapallavaśālinī |
teneyaṃ bhavati sphītā śaradīva vasundharā || 9 ||

It is full of boughs and branches, and luxuriant in the growth of its fruits and flowers; and it thrives as thickly and fastly, as the paddy fields flourish in autumn.
