The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.45.45

कीरीकरतलाम्भोजप्रमृष्टचरणाम्बुजः ।
सर्वाङ्गे कुङ्कुमालेपैः संध्याम्बुधरशोभनः ॥ ४५ ॥

kīrīkaratalāmbhojapramṛṣṭacaraṇāmbujaḥ |
sarvāṅge kuṅkumālepaiḥ saṃdhyāmbudharaśobhanaḥ || 45 ||

His feet were rubbed by the lotus like hands of the Kiri queen, and his body daubed with odorous powder of frankincense, which gave it the brightening appearance of the evening with the crimson clouds.
