चेतनाकलनारूपी सबाह्याभ्यन्तराश्रितः ।
जगत्पदार्थसंभारे सत्तासामान्यमास्थितः ॥ २३ ॥

cetanākalanārūpī sabāhyābhyantarāśritaḥ |
jagatpadārthasaṃbhāre sattāsāmānyamāsthitaḥ || 23 ||

He is situated as intelligence and sensations, in the inward and outward parts of living beings; and forms the essence and existence of all objects, in general, in the whole universe.
