The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 5.34.20

अनेनैताः स्फुरन्तीह विचित्रेन्द्रियवृत्तयः ।
तेजसान्तःप्रकाशेन यथाग्निकणपङ्क्तयः ॥ २० ॥

anenaitāḥ sphurantīha vicitrendriyavṛttayaḥ |
tejasāntaḥprakāśena yathāgnikaṇapaṅktayaḥ || 20 ||

This essence evolves itself into the various faculties of sense; as the inward fire unfolds itself into the forms of its flash and flame, and its sparks and visible light.
