The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

चित्तं तु परमार्थेन स्थावरे जंगमे स्थितम् ।
चोपनान्यनिलैरेव भवन्ति न भवन्ति च ॥ ६६ ॥

cittaṃ tu paramārthena sthāvare jaṃgame sthitam |
copanānyanilaireva bhavanti na bhavanti ca || 66 ||

Verily the mind is situated in all things, whether they are moving or immovable; and so is the air, which causes the motion in some, and quiescence in others.
