The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

उदगुर्दन्तसंघट्टटंकारा दन्तिनां बलात् ।
ऊहुः क्षपणपाषाणमहानद्यो नभस्तले ॥ २७ ॥

udagurdantasaṃghaṭṭaṭaṃkārā dantināṃ balāt |
ūhuḥ kṣapaṇapāṣāṇamahānadyo nabhastale || 27 ||

Elephants fighting with their tusks, sent a clattering noise in the air; and the stones flung from the slings, flew as a flowing stream in the sky.
