अग्नेः स्वात्मन्युपशमापादनपूर्वकं सृष्टिक्रमेण पदात्पदमवतारितस्य नाभिगतत्वचिन्तनम् ।
पूरकेणोपसृत्याथ स्वात्मन्युपशमं नयेत् ।
क्रमादानन्दशक्तौ तु प्राग्वदुद्धृत्य योजयेत् ॥ 62 ॥

pūrakeṇopasṛtyātha svātmanyupaśamaṃ nayet |
