स्वस्थानाच्च समायान्तं प्राक्प्रवाहेण भावयेत् ।
प्रथमं मन्त्रात्परतरस्वरूपस्य भावनम् ।
मरीचिचक्रपर्यन्तं मन्त्रात्परतरस्थितिम् ॥ 22 ॥
