श्री-नारद उवाच
इति श्रुत्वा सखी-वाक्यं
राधा रासेश्वरी नृप
चन्द्राननां प्राह सखीं
सर्व-धर्म-विदां वराम्
śrī-nārada uvāca
iti śrutvā sakhī-vākyaṃ
rādhā rāseśvarī nṛpa
candrānanāṃ prāha sakhīṃ
sarva-dharma-vidāṃ varām
śrī-nāradaḥ uvāca—Śrī Nārada said: ; iti—thus; śrutvā—hearing; sakhī-vākyam—the words of Her friend; rādhā—Rādhā; rāseśvarī—the goddess of the rāsa dance; nṛpa—O king; candrānanām—to Candrānanā; prāha—said; sakhīm—friend; sarva-dharma-vidām—of they who know all the principles of religion; varām—the best.
English translation of verse 2.15.37:
Śrī Nārada said: O king, after hearing Her friend's words, Śrī Rādhā, the goddess of the rāsa dance, spoke to Her friend Candrānanā, the best of the knowers of religion.
