nanu ca satyamanantakoṭibrahmāṇḍavyāpī saccidānandavigrahaḥ kāraṇārṇavaśāyī mahāpuruṣaḥ svaprakṛtyā jagatsṛjatīti yaḥ prasiddhaḥ | sa eva hi bhavān | kintu vasudevasūnostaveyaṃ mānuṣī tanurityetadaṃśenaiva kecittava nikarṣaṃ vadantītyata āha avajānantīti | mama mānuṣyāstanorasyā paraṃ bhāvaṃ kāraṇārṇavaśāyimahāpuruṣādibhyo'pyutkṛṣṭaṃ svarūpamajānanta eva te | kīdṛśam ? bhūtaṃ satyaṃ yadbrahma tacca tanmaheśvaraṃ ceti | tanmaheśvarapadaṃ satyāntaravyāvartakamatra jñeyaṃ yukte kṣmādāvṛte bhūtamiti amaraḥ |

nanvīdṛśamahimānaṃ tvāṃ kimiti kecinnādriyante ? tatrāha avajānantīti | bhūtamaheśvaraṃ nikhilajagadekasvāminaṃ satyasaṅkalpaṃ sarvajñaṃ mahākāruṇikaṃ ca māṃ mūḍhāste'vajānanti | atra prakāraṃ darśayan viśinaṣṭi mānuṣīmiti mānuṣasanniveśinīṃ mānuṣaceṣṭābahulāṃ tanuṃ śrīmūrtimāśritaṃ tādātmyasambandhena nityaṃ prāptaṃ māmitararājakumāratulyaḥ kaścidugrapuṇyo manuṣyo'yamiti buddhyāvamanyanta ityarthaḥ | mānuṣī tanuḥ khalu pāñcabhautikyena na ca bhagavattanustādṛksaccidānandarūpāya
kṛṣṇāya iti, tamekaṃ govindaṃ saccidānandavigrahamiti śravaṇāt | tathātve tadavajñātṝṇāṃ mauḍhyāndhyayogādbrahmādivandyatvāyogācca |

evaṃ buddhisteṣāṃ kuto yayā te mūḍhā bhaṇyante ? tatrāha paramiti | paramasādhāraṇaṃ bhāvaṃ svabhāvamajānantaḥ mānuṣākṛtestasya jñānānndātmatvasarveśatvamokṣadatvādisvabhāvānabhijñānādityarthaḥ | evaṃ ca sati tanumāśritamityuktiviśeṣavibhātaṃ bhedakāryamādāya bodhyā | yattu vasudevasūnordvārakādhipateḥ sūtikāgṛhāvirbhūtameva svarūpaṃ naijaṃ caturbhujatvāttato vrajaṃ gacchataḥ svarūpaṃ tu mānuṣaṃ dvibhujatvādata uktaṃ babhūva prākṛtaḥ śiśuḥ itivat | asti tanniravadhānaṃ mānuṣīṃ tanumāśritamiti tadukteḥ
| tenaiva rūpeṇa caturbhujena iti pārthavākyācca tasmānmānuṣyasaṃniveśitvameva tattanormanuṣyatvamityuktaṃ yatrāvatīrṇaṃ kṛṣṇākhyaṃ paraṃ brahma narākṛti iti śrīvaiṣṇave | gūḍhaṃ paraṃ brahma manuṣyaliṅgamiti śrībhāgavate ca | manuṣyaceṣṭāprācyuryācca tasyāstattvam | yathā manuṣyo'pi rājā devavatsiṃhavacca viceṣṭanānnṛdevo nṛsiṃhaśca vyapadiśyate |

tasmāddvibhujaścaturbhujaśca sa manuṣyabhāvenoktahetudvayādvyapadiśyaḥ | na khalu bhujabhūmnā pareśatvam | kārtavīryādau vyabhicārāt | vibhucaitanyatvaṃ jagajjanmādihetutvaṃ paraśatvam | tacca dvibhuje tasminnastyeva tacchrutaṃ na ca dvibhujatvaṃ sādi

satpuṇḍarīkanayanaṃ meghābhaṃ vaidyutāmbaram |
dvibhujaṃ maunamudrāḍhyaṃ vanamālinamīśvaram || [GTU 1.9]

iti tasyānādisiddhatvaśravaṇātprākṛtaḥ śiśurityatra prakṛtyā svarūpeṇaiva vyaktaḥ śiśurityevārthaḥ | tasmādvaidūryamaṇau nānārūpāṇi iva tasmin dvibhujatvādīni yugapatsiddhānyeva yathārucyupāsyānīti śāntoditatvanityoditatvakalpanā dūrotsāritā ||11||
