This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 87.103

दानशीलं परिगृह्य बोधिसत्वा महायशा ।
दानं शीलं च प्रज्ञां च वर्णयन्ति महर्षिणां ॥ १०३ ॥

dānaśīlaṃ parigṛhya bodhisatvā mahāyaśā |
dānaṃ śīlaṃ ca prajñāṃ ca varṇayanti maharṣiṇāṃ || 103 ||

Having a firm hold of the virtue of generosity,{GL_NOTE::} the greatly glorious Bodhisattvas laud the liberality, morality, and wisdom of the Great Seers. (103)
