This is the Sanskrit Mahavastu: a lengthy work on Buddhist teachings and narratives belonging to the school of early Buddhism (Mahasanghika). This edition only includes those metrical verses occuring in the various stories and Jatakas, as well as the corresponding English translation by J. J. Jones.

Verse 46.20

ते तं भणन्ति लुब्धका सुधनुं इतो एव त्वं निवर्तेहि ।
हस्तिनापुरस्मिं नगरे का तुह्यम् अभुक्त वर्तेया ॥ २० ॥

te taṃ bhaṇanti lubdhakā sudhanuṃ ito eva tvaṃ nivartehi |
hastināpurasmiṃ nagare kā tuhyam abhukta varteyā || 20 ||

The two hunters answered Sudhanu, “Now,” said they, “go back from here. What woman in the city of Hastinapura could be undevoted to you?” (20)
