The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

Verse 6.84.26

अप्राप्तकालं नृपतेः प्रजापालनमुज्झतः ।
राजन्यस्यैव रन्ध्रस्य महदेनो भविष्यति ॥ २६ ॥

aprāptakālaṃ nṛpateḥ prajāpālanamujjhataḥ |
rājanyasyaiva randhrasya mahadeno bhaviṣyati || 26 ||

Mind also my noble lord, the great sin that awaits on the person of that disgraceful prince of the royal race, who forsakes to seek after the welfare of his people during the time of his rule and reign.
