अयमात्मा मुने भुङ्क्ते देहरूपो गृहे यथा ।
ध्यानेनानेन सुमते निमेषांस्तु त्रयोदश ॥ ३१ ॥

ayamātmā mune bhuṅkte deharūpo gṛhe yathā |
dhyānenānena sumate nimeṣāṃstu trayodaśa || 31 ||

As the animal or irrational soul enjoys all its pleasures, in the abode of its body;so the rational and spiritual soul derives all its happiness from meditation.
