जीवन्मुक्तमना मान्यो विश्वामित्रोऽप्ययं प्रभुः ।
वेदोक्तां मखनिर्माणक्रियां समधितिष्ठति ॥ २३ ॥

jīvanmuktamanā mānyo viśvāmitro'pyayaṃ prabhuḥ |
vedoktāṃ makhanirmāṇakriyāṃ samadhitiṣṭhati || 23 ||

The honourable Viswamitra who is now present here, is liberated in his life time, and yet he does not slight to preside at sacrifices, solemnized according to the ritual of the sacred veda.
