The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

एतदेव मया राजँल्लीलार्थमुपवर्णितम् ।
स्वस्ति तेऽस्तु गमिष्यावो दृष्टा दृष्टान्तदृष्टयः ॥ २८ ॥

etadeva mayā rājaṃllīlārthamupavarṇitam |
svasti te'stu gamiṣyāvo dṛṣṭā dṛṣṭāntadṛṣṭayaḥ || 28 ||

I have told you all this for the sake of Lila, and now, good prince, we shall take leave of you, and these illusory scenes of the world.
