The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

वलीपलितनिर्मुक्तं पूर्वभार्याप्सराः सती ।
अङ्गीकरोति भर्तारं परिज्ञाय रणे हतम् ॥ २० ॥

valīpalitanirmuktaṃ pūrvabhāryāpsarāḥ satī |
aṅgīkaroti bhartāraṃ parijñāya raṇe hatam || 20 ||

Wives that had become Apsaras (heavenly nymphs) after death, were now eager to claim their husbands, who were restored to their youth, by virtue of their falling in the field of battle.
