The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

सुखासनोपविष्टेन यथासंभवमश्नता ।
भोगजालं सदाचारविरुद्धेषु न तिष्ठता ॥ ४४ ॥

sukhāsanopaviṣṭena yathāsaṃbhavamaśnatā |
bhogajālaṃ sadācāraviruddheṣu na tiṣṭhatā || 44 ||

It is practicable with ease by any one sitting on his easy seat and fed with his usual food, and not addicted to gross pleasures, nor trespassing the rules of good conduct.
