भुक्त्वा शयीत शयने मृदुस्निग्धे च भूतले ।
अर्धरात्रे समुत्थाय पादशेषेऽथ वा द्विज ॥ 38 ॥

ardharātre samutthāya pādaśeṣe'tha vā dvija || 38 ||
