The Garga-samhita Verse 6.2.34, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 6 of Chapter 2 (Residence in Shri Dvaraka) of Canto 6 (dvaraka-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

प्रेम-लक्षणया भक्त्या
मद्-धाम प्रकृतेः परम्
प्राप्स्यसि त्वं महा-राज
यतो नावर्तते गतः

prema-lakṣaṇayā bhaktyā
mad-dhāma prakṛteḥ param
prāpsyasi tvaṃ mahā-rāja
yato nāvartate gataḥ

prema-lakṣaṇayā—characterized by love; bhaktyā—by devotional service; mad-dhāmato My abode; prakṛteḥ—the world of matter; param—above; prāpsyasi—you will attain; tvam—you; mahā-rājaO great king; yataḥ—from which; na—not; āvartate—returns; gataḥ—having gone.

English translation of verse 6.2.34:

O great king, by serving Me with loving devotion You will attain My own abode, which is above the world of matter. They who go there never return to the world of birth and death.
