The Garga-samhita Verse 5.20.50, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 5 of Chapter 20 (The Liberation of Ribhu Muni During the Rasa-dance Festival) of Canto 5 (mathura-khanda).

Sanskrit text, transliteration and word-by-word meaning:

घन-श्यामाय देवाय
श्यामयै सततं नमः
रासेश्वराय सततं
रासेश्वर्यै नमो नमः

ghana-śyāmāya devāya
śyāmayai satataṃ namaḥ
rāseśvarāya satataṃ
rāseśvaryai namo namaḥ

ghana-śyāmāya—dark as a monsoon cloud; devāya—to the Supreme Personality of Godhead; śyāmayai—beautiful Rādhā; satatam—always; namaḥobeiaances; rāseśvarāya—to the king of the rasa dance; satatam—always; rāseśvaryai—to the queen of the rasa dance; namaḥ—obeisances; namaḥ—obeisances.

English translation of verse 5.20.50:

Eternally I offer my respectful obeisances to beautiful Śrī Rādhā and to the Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Kṛṣṇa dark as a monsoon cloud. Eternally I offer my respectful obeisances to the queen of the rāsa-dance. Eternally I offer my respectful obeisances to the king of the rāsa-dance.
