The Garga-samhita Verse 2.5.41, English translation, including word-by-word: This text represents a Vaishnava scripture which narrates the life Krishna, It was composed in seventeen cantos by Garga Muni: an ancient sage and priest of the Yadu dynasty having. This is verse 2 of Chapter 5 (The Liberation of Bakasura) of Canto 2 (vrindavana-khanda).

श्री-जाजलिर् उवाच
वैवस्वतान्तरे प्राप्ते
ह्य् अष्ट-विंशतिमे युगे
द्वापरान्ते भारते ऽपि
माथुरे व्रज-मण्डले

śrī-jājalir uvāca
vaivasvatāntare prāpte
hy aṣṭa-viṃśatime yuge
dvāparānte bhārate 'pi
māthure vraja-maṇḍale

śrī-jājalir uvāca—Śrī Jājali said; vaivasvata-antare—in the Vaivasvata-manvantara; prāpte—attained; hi—indeed; aṣṭa-viṃśatime—in the twennty-eighth; yuge—yuga; dvāparaof the Dvāpara-yuga; ante—at the end; bhārate—in Bhārata-varṣa; api—also; māthure—in Mathurā; vraja-maṇḍale—in the circle of Vraja.

English translation of verse 2.5.41:

Śrī Jājali said: In the Vaivasvata-manvantara, in the twenty-eighth yuga-cycle, at the end of Dvāpara-yuga, in Bhārata-varṣa, in Mathurā, in the circle of Vraja, . . .
