The Chaitanya Bhagavata 2.28.200, English translation, including a commentary (Gaudiya-bhasya). This text is similair to the Caitanya-caritamrita and narrates the pastimes of Lord Caitanya, proclaimed to be the direct incarnation of Krishna (as Bhagavan) This is verse 200 of Madhya-khanda chapter 28—“The Lord’s Pastime of Accepting Sannyasa”.

আনন্দ-লীলা-ময-বিগ্রহায হেমাভ-দিব্যচ্-ছবি-সুন্দরায তস্মৈ মহা-প্রেম-রস-প্রদায চৈতন্য-চন্দ্রায নমো নমস্ তে ॥ ২০০ ॥
आनन्द-लीला-मय-विग्रहाय हेमाभ-दिव्यच्-छवि-सुन्दराय तस्मै महा-प्रेम-रस-प्रदाय चैतन्य-चन्द्राय नमो नमस् ते ॥ २०० ॥
ānanda-līlā-maya-vigrahāya hemābha-divyac-chavi-sundarāya tasmai mahā-prema-rasa-pradāya caitanya-candrāya namo namas te || 200 ||

English translation:
(200) O Śrī Caitanya-candra, I offer You my repeated obeisances. You are the personification of Kṛṣṇa’s blissful pastimes, and You are extraordinarily beautiful, having a dazzling golden luster. You have awarded to the people of the world the topmost mellows of ecstatic love for Kṛṣṇa.
