Source: archive.org: Vagbhata’s Ashtanga Hridaya Samhita (first 5 chapters)Padminīpuṭa (पद्मिनीपुट) refers to “lotus-leaf”, mentioned in verse 3.39 of the Aṣṭāṅgahṛdayasaṃhitā (Sūtrasthāna) by Vāgbhaṭa.—Accordingly, “from him whose mind is at ease, (who is) moist with sandal [...]—(from him) wet-cloth, Palmyra-stalk, large lotus-leaf [viz., padminīpuṭa], and yak-tail fans (which), gently raised, (are) showering water and offering cool wind; [...]”.
