Source: Cologne Digital Sanskrit Dictionaries: Edgerton Buddhist Hybrid Sanskrit DictionaryBhramantra (भ्रमन्त्र).—nt., a high number: Mahāvyutpatti 7881 = Tibetan gzhal thim (thil); gzhal = mātra, suggesting bhramātra, q.v., as the true reading. However, the form is cited from [Page413-b+ 52] Gaṇḍavyūha, and Gaṇḍavyūha 133.17 has the same form as Mahāvyutpatti. In Gaṇḍavyūha 106.7 atramantrā, q.v., seems to correspond.
