The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

भुशुण्डजीवितकरं भुशुण्डस्वात्मलाभदम् ।
शृणु प्राणसमाधानं वक्ष्यमाणमिदं मया ॥ १३ ॥

bhuśuṇḍajīvitakaraṃ bhuśuṇḍasvātmalābhadam |
śṛṇu prāṇasamādhānaṃ vakṣyamāṇamidaṃ mayā || 13 ||

Hear me, tell you some thing relating to cogitation of vital breath, which has the cause of Bhusunda's longevity and the giver of Bhusunda's spiritual knowledge.
