त्यजता संस्थितं सर्वं चिन्मात्रपरमाणुना ।
त्यक्तं जगदसंवित्त्या संवित्त्या सर्वमाश्रितम् ॥ ३९ ॥

tyajatā saṃsthitaṃ sarvaṃ cinmātraparamāṇunā |
tyaktaṃ jagadasaṃvittyā saṃvittyā sarvamāśritam || 39 ||

All bodies existing in the world, are forsaken by the atomic spirit of the supreme, by their unconsciousness of Him; but they are dependant upon him, by the consciousness of the divine particle, shining in their souls (i. e. consciousness is the connecting link between the human and Divine souls). In answer to "who are forsaken by and supported by the Divine Spirit."
