The Sanskrit edition of the Yoga-vasistha including English translation and grammatical analysis. The Yogavasistha is a Hindu spiritual text written by Valmiki (who also authored the Ramayana) dealing with the philosophical topics from the Advaita-vedanta school. Chronologically it precedes the Ramayana.

कुलशैलेश्वरोत्तुङ्गबीजसप्तकसुन्दरीम् ।
मध्यस्थोच्चमहामेरुबीजाक्रान्तनभस्थलीम् ॥ ९ ॥

kulaśaileśvarottuṅgabījasaptakasundarīm |
madhyasthoccamahāmerubījākrāntanabhasthalīm || 9 ||

The seven elevated mountains, forming the boundary lines of this continent, are its seeds; and the great mount of Sumeru reaching to the sky, is situated in the midst.
