स्रि-यमुन-युथ उवच विधतुर् न दय किन्चिद् युनक्ति वियुनक्ति यह् भुतनि सकलन्य् एव क्रिदननि यथर्भकह् स्रि-यमुन-युथ
sri-yamuna-yutha uvaca vidhatur na daya kincid yunakti viyunakti yah bhutani sakalany eva kridanani yatharbhakah sri-yamuna-yutha
uvaca—the group ,of gopis headed by Sri Yamuna said; vidhatuh—of the creator; na—not; daya—mercy; kincit—at all; yunakti—brings together; viyunakti—separates; yah—who; bhutani—living entities; sakalani—all; eva—indeed; kridanani—toys; yatha—as; arbhakah—a child.
English translation of verse 5.17.12:
The group of gopis headed by Sri Yamuna said: The creator Brahma is not kind.
He joins and separates the living entities like a child playing with toys.
