The Brihad-bhagavatamrita Verse 1.6.10, English translation, including commentary (Dig-darshini-tika): an important Vaishnava text dealing with the importance of devotional service. The Brihad-bhagavatamrita, although an indepent Sanskrit work, covers the essential teachings of the Shrimad Bhagavatam (Bhagavata-purana). This is verse 1.6.10 contained in Chapter 6—Priyatama (the most beloved devotees)—of Part one (prathama-khanda).

Sanskrit text, Unicode transliteration, Word-for-word and English translation of verse 1.6.10:

उत्थाय यत्नाद् आनीय स्वास्थ्यं नीत्वा क्षणेन तम् ।
प्रेमाश्रु-क्लिन्न-वदनं प्रक्षाल्याहुः शनैर् लघु ॥ १० ॥

utthāya yatnād ānīya svāsthyaṃ nītvā kṣaṇena tam |
premāśru-klinna-vadanaṃ prakṣālyāhuḥ śanair laghu || 10 ||

Seeing Śrī Nārada in such a state, all of them rose and with great care and honor brought him to their side. Helping him soon regain his composure, they tenderly began to wipe away the profuse tears from his lotus face.

Commentary: Dig-darśinī-ṭīkā with Bhāvānuvāda

(By Śrīla Sanātana Gosvāmī himself including a deep purport of that commentary)

Standing aloof at some distance, they brought Śrī Nārada nearby with great care. Then to make him feel at ease, they washed his lotus face that was full of tears, quietly so as not to disturb the sleep of Śrī Bhagavān. By doing so, they began to pacify him from any further anxiety or fuss they may have created.
