The Brihad-bhagavatamrita Verse 1.5.111, English translation, including commentary (Dig-darshini-tika): an important Vaishnava text dealing with the importance of devotional service. The Brihad-bhagavatamrita, although an indepent Sanskrit work, covers the essential teachings of the Shrimad Bhagavatam (Bhagavata-purana). This is verse 1.5.111 contained in Chapter 5—Priya (the beloved devotees)—of Part one (prathama-khanda).

श्री-परीक्षिद् उवाच—
ततो ब्रह्मण्य-देवानुवर्तनो यदवोऽखिलाः ।
स-पाद-ग्रहणं नत्वा मातर् ऊचुर् महा-मुनिम् ॥ १११ ॥

śrī-parīkṣid uvāca
tato brahmaṇya-devānuvartano yadavo'khilāḥ |
sa-pāda-grahaṇaṃ natvā mātar ūcur mahā-munim || 111 ||

Śrī Parīkṣit said: O mother, henceforth all these Yādavas who were followers of bramaṇya-deva Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the worshipful Lord of the brāhmaṇas and Vaiṣṇavas, offered obeisances by touching the lotus feet of Śrī Nārada, then began to speak.
