The Sanskrit edition of the Apastamba Grihya-sutra with the commentaries of Haradatta (called the Anakula-vritti) and Sudarshana (called the Grihyatatparyadarshana-vyakhya). The Apastamba Grihyasutra is a short treatise on Vedic rituals which, together with the Hiranyakeshin-grihya-sutra, belongs to the Taittiriya School of the Black Yajur-Veda. (agniśabdena taddaivatyaṃ godānaṃ lakṣyate /
agnirgodānamasyeti vigrahaḥ) /
ekasya godānaśabdasya lopaḥ, uṣṭramukhavat /
tatra baudhāyanaḥ-ṣoḍaśe varṣe godānam /
tasya caulavat tūṣṇīṃ pratipattiravasānaṃ ca /
.....agni godāno vā bhavati /
tasya kāṇḍopākarakāṇḍasamāpanābhyāṃ pratipattiravaśānaṃ ca /

kimuktaṃ bhavati?āgneyānāṃ kāṇḍānāṃ upākaraṇasamāpanayoryaḥ kalpaḥ tatra cauladharmāḥ pravartanta iti /
ṣoḍaśe varṣe bhavati /
sakṛt pātrāṇi na śamayāḥ /
asyāsmin gṛhye'nupadiṣṭatvāt yat godānamupadiṣṭaṃ tatraiva śamyāvidhiḥ /
tatra prayogaḥ brāhmaṇān bhojayitvā'śiṣo vācayitvā tūṣṇīṃ keśaśmaśru vāpayitvāgnerupasamādhānādi pariṣecanāntāni āgniyakāṇḍopākaraṇavat kṛtvā śukriyavaddevatopasthānaṃ'agne vratapate vrataṃ cariṣyāmi"iti /
