Ullāpika (उल्लापिक):—, [Nīlakaṇṭha] erklärt: lājāni uśīrāṇi ullāpayati sūcayatīti lājollāpikaḥ . uśīraparimalayuktadhūmāḍhyamityarthaḥ; dass diese Erklärung falsch ist, ergiebt sich aus der Stelle: kāryā rudhiramāṃsāḍhyā balayo yakṣarakṣasām . surāsavapuraskārā lājollāpikabhūṣitāḥ .. [Mahābhārata 13, 4737.] Hier soll ullāpikaḥ = uparilāpanam sein. Das Wort bezeichnet eine Art Gebäck; vgl. bhakṣyairvividhairnānāprakārairmodakollāpikāpūpādibhiḥ [UTPALA] zu [Varāhamihira’s Bṛhajjātaka S. 48, 28.] modakollopikā v.l. und so auch zu [46, 16]; dieselbe Lesart mit den Varianten ullapikā, ullasika, ulūpaka, ulūpikā [Varāhamihira’s Bṛhajjātaka S. 59,] [8;] [UTPALA] zu der letzten Stelle ullopikāḥ mit der v.l. ullopikā .
