Source: Google Books: ManthanabhairavatantramŚikhācakra (शिखाचक्र) refers to the “wheel of the topknot”, according to the Śāmbhavakramasūtra verse 4.271cd-276ab.— Accordingly, “Śāmbhava is common to all things (and to all the Kaula traditions sarvasāmānya). It is where the universe is merged (in its foundation). The location at the end of the Transmental, it is pervasive and omnipresent. Śāmbhava, the Lord of the Circle, is accompanied by Bimbanātha. It is the Wheel of the Topknot (śikhācakra) of the supreme power and is adorned with (ever) novel bliss. Accompanied by Śāmbhavīśakti, it is auspicious, like a stream of milk. [...]”.
