1) zu stellen: vaśe unter Jmdes (gen.) Botmässigkeit [Spr. (II) 808.] dem Platz geschafft werden kann: rājyavyavasthā yāvacca pitāmahyāśca vṛttayaḥ . duḥsthitāḥ pratyabhāsanta (so ist zu lesen) saṃsthāpyāstasya cetasi .. so v. a. so lange es den Anschein hatte, als wenn sie in seinem Herzen noch einen Platz finden würden, [Rājataraṅgiṇī 6, 327.] —
2) abzuschliessen: yajña [Taittirīyasaṃhitā 2, 6, 1, 6.] —
3) mit einem beruhigenden Klystier (vgl. āsthāpana) zu versehen [CARAKA 8, 5.]
