Sāman-Gesang [Yājñavalkya’s Gesetzbuch 3, 112.] sāmagānaṃ (sic) sāmno gānātmakatve pi gāyamiti viśeṣaṇamagītamantravyudāsārtham [Mitākṣarā 3, 32], b, 16. fg. Da gāyam als viśeṣaṇa bezeichnet wird, so vermuthen wir, dass der [Mitākṣarā] die Lesart sāma geyam vorgelegen habe.
