1) To be accomplished or effected; शरीरयात्रापि च ते न प्रसिध्येदकर्मणः (śarīrayātrāpi ca te na prasidhyedakarmaṇaḥ) Bhagavadgītā (Bombay) 3.8.

2) To succeed.

4) To be got or obtained; तपसैव प्रसिद्ध्यन्ति तपस्तेषां हि साधनम् (tapasaiva prasiddhyanti tapasteṣāṃ hi sādhanam) Manusmṛti 11.237.
