1) n. — a) Verbeugung , Ehrenbezeigung (in Gebärde oder Wort) , Verehrung. Häufig als Ausruf mit einem Dat. Mit kar das namas aussprechen mit Dat. , Loc. oder Acc. naṃskṛtya und namaskṛtvā (seltener) ; namaskṛta dem man huldigt , den man verehrt u.s.w. — b) *Speise. — c) *der Donnerkeil. — d) *das Spenden , Geben. —
