Kuvalayāśva (कुवलयाश्व):—(ku + aśva) m. Nomen proprium eines Fürsten mit dem Beiname Dhundhumāra [Viṣṇupurāṇa 361.] ein Beiname des Fürsten Pratardana [408.] [Mārkāṇḍeyapurāṇa 20. fgg.] (kuba). [Bhāgavatapurāṇa 9, 17, 6.] Der erstere heisst kuvalayāśvaka ebend. [9, 6, 21]; vgl. kuvalāśva. kuvalayāśvacarita n. Titel eines in Prākṛt verfassten Gedichts von Viśvanātha - Kavirāja [Sāhityadarpana 66, 6.] kubalayāśvīya n. die Erzählung von K. [Mārkāṇḍeyapurāṇa 21. 22] in den Unterschrr. kubalāśvīya 20 ist wohl nur Druckfehler.
