Durjīva (दुर्जीव):—(2. duṣ = jīva) adj. n. schwer zu leben oder subst. n. ein schweres Leben: yathā ca manye durjīvamevaṃ na sukaraṃ dhruvam [Rāmāyaṇa 2. 57, 20] (tathā na sumaram [Gorresio]). sujīvaṃ nityaśastasya yaḥ parairupajīvyate . rāma tasya tu durjīvaṃ yaḥ parānupajīvati ..
